My AC was leaking during a massive heat wave. John was recommended by multiple people in my building. He was very prompt, curious and professional. After an initial inspection he sent out a team who took care of everything. I got a 3-day turnaround on a holiday weekend! Amazing.

We needed to replace our central air conditioner ASAP. We contacted John at Sarman Air and he completed the job in a few days. We're very satisfied with the work done and the speed at which he accommodated our request. We would highly recommend Sarman Air.
Excellent experience. Needed a complicated propane fireplace assembled which was quite intricate with many parts to assemble. John and another service man came as scheduled. The mission was completed and I was very happy to have this done. Would definitely call him back for any related hvac projects ! Thank you John !
I came across Sarman Air while looking for someone to fix my tankless water heater three years ago. Navien listed a few companies, but Sarman seemed to have the best ratings. I learned quickly why. John was very responsive when I first asked to have him look at the unit. He fixed it but said it most likely would be a temporary fix. A few months later, I had cold water again, so I had him replace the unit. Although it took him longer than anticipated, he honoured his original quote.
