I have been to several Dentist's and have returned to Dr. Patel. His office personnel is great and he provides great service.
Having a tooth prepared for a crown is not my favorite way to spend an afternoon but I can honestly say it was not bad at all. Dr. Patel explained each step of the process and I had no pain at all. I was in and out in less than an hour with a temporary in place. His assistant was efficient and friendly as is all the office staff.
I wanted you to know how wonderful Alisa is. She is so pleasant and is very good. I was expecting to have some pain today and I feel nothing. It is like I never had the cleaning, I think you should now how great she is. Also Maria is wonderful at the front, she is an excellent person to have your patients communicate with first, it sets the whole experience for the office. As you can see I am thoroughly pleased with everyone at you office. Thank you, Cathy Whitney
