As soon as I entered, I felt at ease. The office has a modern, attractive design and is impeccably clean. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and had a positive vibe. Although I arrived a bit early, I was called back just two minutes after sitting down. My medical assistant, Brianna, was fantastic. I've been seeing Dr. Snell for years and she has always been great.
The staff, particularly those handling phone calls, are unprofessional. They scheduled my appointment the month prior, only to call the week before to reschedule due to a ‘scheduling error,’ pushing my appointment back another month. Given the number of physicians in town, I recommend finding one with better organization and respect for patients’ time.
Dr. Snell has been very helpful in finding the best treatment for my psoriasis..
