WOW! Scumbags! Worst place I've ever been ripped off by! I got conned out of $300 and my scooter runs twice as bad! And instead of just trying to solve the problem, all Jr wanted to do was argue and antagonize me so that id get mad and become the bad guy! I used to live down the road from Sargents. I now live an hour away from Sargents and live next door to Pro Caliber. I still drive to Sargents. When you find an affordable, pleasant, and quality shop that you can trust, you don't let them go for anything.
I called 5 different motorcycle shops trying to get a tire changed. they all told me no we are to busy. Then i called sargents motorsports and they said bring it on in we can do it for you. i was told it would be done by end of day. 25 minutes later the tire was changed and i was ready to go. they did an excellent job and didnt scratch my wheel at all. I highly recommend sargents motorsports for your motorcycle needs. 5 star forsure.
My son and I enjoyed seeing the motorcycles and ATVs. We have purchased my sons first helmet and ATV. The Dudes at Sargent are great to work with to get wheeling. We are putting a 90cc kymco Mongoose ATV through it’s passes. So far so good for the first five hours of dry dirt, mud, rocks, and kid sized jumps. We will keep updating as we maintenance and ride around. Sand and log roads here we com! Thanks Sargent’s
At the end of February my Wife and I bought a CFMOTO ZForce 1000. The two of us couldn't be happier with the service that we have received from them. I now have 2000÷ mile on the machine and the only problem that I ever have had with it was the rear shocks blew out. Garry had no problem getting them replaced under warranty. He has also always been available to take my calls. The only complaint comes from my Wife. Garry she is always asking me about he tank top that you owe her. Sold me a machine and made things pretty easy. Nice people. HOWEVER....the machine turned out to be a complete piece of CRAP. As soon as there was something wrong and the machine needed work done they just referred me to the manufacturer........then the manufacturer referred me to them! complete run around. Then Sargents stopped following up with me. Seemed to me that once the sale was made and their money was cashed they could give TWO $HITS about the customer. ZERO HELP.
