A pleasure to work with I really like Junior, although he is a little too good at his sales pitch. He makes me wanna buy everything. We had a lot of trouble with this scooter I got and he got it all fixed up every time and all under warranty no problem.
good service The service was really good. I went in for parts for an ATV and they were able to help. I even called them later with a couple of questions and they were a lot of help.
Had my business for over 5 yrs Sargents Motor Sports sold me my first scooter in 2006. Over the last 5 years they have been nothing but awesome! When I have called or stopped in with a question, they have always gone out of their way to answer it. For example, the other day I was checking my valve clearance and called to verify the value. Ordered tires that took a month to arrive. Needed help with 3 nuts loosened for the instill that I paid for, yet they told me they were TOO BUSY to help, and wanted to argue with me over the situation. Took my tires and my $30 install refund and went to a shop that appreciated my business and had me out the door, 15 minutes later... Extremely frustrated after being referred to them. Very poor customer service, in my mind. Will not ever shop there again.
I am a New CF Moto Z Force 1000 Owner. I called Sargents and spoke with Gary about my First Service being needed and a few accessories being added. We scheduled it for a day As I was traveling through his area on my way to the Dunes. I was there at opening that morning. His shop spent the day on my machine, completed the Service, added a Light Bar and other accessories. They even stayed after closing to finish it up for me so I could get underway. I am very pleased with my purchase of a CF Moto 400, the buying process was quick and easy. Gary was easy to talk to, pretty down to earth and he made sure I had my hitch for towing and my storage compartment on the back was fixed before leaving the store. You can tell alot about a person by thier dog and his was very friendly and well cared for, I will be a returning customer, thank you! 🙂
