Lakeside bistro featuring local and sustainable ingredients. Sardine is located in the historic Machinery Row building (est. 1846) on the shores of lake Monona, in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin. Our menu features artisanal cheeses, fresh shellfish and seafood, braised and roasted meats. Bar opens at 4:00 and offers signature drinks, local and imported tap beers and a well-rounded wine list. Saturdays and Sundays brunch is served from 9-2:30.

Nice and pleasant for a Sunday's brunch.
Wonderful Mother's Day dinner with my daughter. Food was excellent. Our Egyptian waiter was the friendliest and best waiter ever! We never caught his name...but thank you!!
