All of the staff are easy to deal with. My hygienist listened carefully to my questions and answered them well. She was also very careful and competent with her work, and explained what she was doing as we went along. Altogether a good experience - which is what I have come to expect!

I had an appointment (first of 2) to have scaling done on the right side of my mouth. As usual, the staff were efficient, courteous and just plain nice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ryan Osinski for approximately 5+ years. Dr. Osinski is knowledgeable, informative, and gives excellent care in all dental matters. I have had numerous procedures done in the office, all with excellent results. The staff at Dr. Osinski's office couldn't be better. They are all well-educated, caring, and kind. I would recommend Dr. Osinski's dentistry to anyone who is looking for a new dentist who is professional, personable, and makes going to the dentist (almost) a pleasure.
I had made second apponitment with Dr. Osinski. We discussed my treatment plan. He thoroughly went through the plan with me and my husband. We discussed costs, treatments, options and timeframes. I scheduled my third visit and I am actually looking forward to getting the procedures completed. I have never said that EVER!!

Everything went well with my check-up. Lisa did a thorough check-up and cleaning.
During cleaning, everything was explained before started and I was told to signal if there was any pain or sensitivity. When I asked questions, they answered and gave suggestions for things to try (like a fluoride treatment and prescription toothpaste). They did not push them on me, only mentioning them since I asked what could I do better and they told me the cost up front before doing anything outside the routine cleaning.
Dr. Osinski and his staff are courteous and professional. They do a great job by explaining what they are doing and why.
