I have a lot of anxiety about dental work but the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. They are so nice and professional. I was also pleased I was able to keep my appointment despite a nasty storm! Procedure went wonderfully, and I had hardly any pain afterward. Dr Osinski even called me later that afternoon to see how I was doing. I am so glad to have found such a great dentist and office!
Dr. Osinski is a very skilled dentist. Made an unpleasant procedure not very unpleasant. He expressed concern and understanding throughout the process and let me know what was going on while working quickly and efficiently. I am truly impressed with his abilities and competence. Also, I've know Diana for years, and she epitomizes the whole positive tone of the office and is a real asset to the team.
I had put off needed dental work for many years due to anxiety about the dentist and the cost. I developed a painful toothache and called My Saratoga Dentist because I saw that they do sedation work. From my first call to the hygienist, to meeting Dr Osinski and having my payment options fully explained to me, everything was a wonderful experience. My Hygienist was friendly, gentle, thorough and educated me on a topic I had asked a question about. Overall - An excellent experience. Dr Osinski is an excellent dentist. I have had caps and a bone lengthening procedure performed by Dr Osinski and all were pain free. I recommend this practice to everyone.
