Best Vet In Las Vegas!!! – We see Dr. Arn every year for our annual exams( we have 4 dogs!) for the last 10 years. When Dr. Arn is not available, we will see other vets in the hospital since we trust them all with the care of our pets. They have always been honest and given us great service for all these years. The staff is always friendly to my family and willing to help us with our needs. Negative Opinions? Hardly! Love this place – I have recommend Desert Inn AH to alot of my friends over the years, and one had emailed me recently and asked " have you seen the negative reviews of our hospital on line?" The worst!!! An absolute nightmare..INCOMPETENT – My poor dog went through a year and a half of misery and my wallet suffered to the tune of thousands..and thousands. When I finally fired Dr. Arn and took took my french bulldog to the vet referral center they figured out in 20 minutes that the only thing she needed was a dosage of prednisone ten times the amount given to her by Dr. Arn. She was fine the very next day!!! This level of incompetence is not acceptable. RUN AWAY from these idiots and save your dogs and pocketbook... read more
Poor Customer Service – Your staff obviously has issues. It is hard to believe that such an educated group of Veterinarians cannot figure out how unpleasant their hired help is. I am a very tolerant person, but this was ridiculous! Unless you enjoy down-talking, stay as far away as you can!
Uncaring, self centered employees, under qualified vets! – I went here on an emergency visit. During the days my dog had to stay there, I could not get anyone on the phone to give me a straight answer. He seemed to be passed on from vet to vet. They could not give me a diagnosis, yet sent him home. I had to go back! This time a real young Doctor named Taylor I believe told me that my dog of twelve years was going to need a transfusion and he most likely would not make it through the night! Horrible, non-caring staff, very money hungry! – This place was horrible! I brough my dog in for an emergency visit. Over the next three days, he was passed on from vet to vet. No one could tell me anything. He was then sent home, just to collapse later that night. Brought him back in that night on an emergency visit again. They said they needed to run all the same tests over again that they had just did three days before.
No way – This place is only out for the money. Took my male cat here due to an obstructed urinary canal. Because of an estimate of $900.00 lowered to$600.00, after I refused to apply for a credit card, because I couldn't afford that much, as I am raising my grandson, I had to have him put down. Three weeks later my dog strained her back jumping onto my bed, so after a couple days and she was no better I took her to DIAH. After a check up the Vet gave her a shot and some pills for pain.
