Dr Herzog and his PA Rick Varone are amazing! Andrea is always a huge help and always working on your side to assist your situation as well as the rest of the staff ive dealt with. I live in constant pain, Dr Herzog did not help me at all by doing surgery. If anything, he made my pain worse. And he has the worse bed side manner ever!!
Just for the record, my wife is the one that posted on another website. She did it on Thursday, after our visit with Dr Herzog, and she was VERY upset. Here is the whole story that Dr H didn't want to take the time to hear. Shame on him and I'll try to keep it short. I had a lower back injury on the job back in 2004. Dr.Herzog was beyond great to deal with. Everything about Saratoga Spine from the waiting room to the staff was excellent. Dr. Herzog changed my life with all the pain I was in, and made me feel normal again. I would recommend his practice 100 times over to anyone experiencing back issues. Thank you Dr. Herzog and staff!
