As a resident of this apartment complex, I must say frankly that the attention and maintenance that the new Administration has shown is simply Wonderful. The attention, the details, the communication are something else, Superior!!! Another thing regarding the attention of the Staff: Robert is an excellent professional and has a great dedication. He is an excellent host and always has a positive answer to every question, with objectivity and professionalism.
I looked at these apartments with Edith. I like them but my job ended up placing me elsewhere. Edith followed up with a phone call to check on me I was not able to answer but her voicemail was professional, detailed and very caring. She remembered key elements of our conversation on why I was moving and it was beyond customer service. She is a very awesome manager. If she is not the manager she should be.
Estoy esperando aprueben mi solicitud para vivir en éste complejo de apartamento, las atenciones han sido las mejores, todas las dudas y preguntas todas han sido respondidas, muy complacientes la verdad, muy profesionales, ya cuentan con un nuevo personal de oficina, excelente servicio la verdad estoy muy complacida y agradecida, en especial a Robert, muy profesional y excelente, domina su trabajo muy bien y la verdad excelente trato, sin dudas el mejor, gracias!!! The new management has been really good, you can tell they actually care and are making changes. The office team is super nice and attentive, and I like the events they’ve been doing too—it’s nice seeing them put in that effort.
Edith has been the only reason my partner and I have stayed as long as we have at this complex. The management before was terrible and quite frankly i’m not so sure how I feel about new management. I’m giving this apartment 4 stars ONLY because of Edith’s help over these past couple years. Other than that I would not recommend living here unless you are okay with living with roaches and needing 10 million apps just to be a resident.
