I had a very positive experience with the Saratoga employees. The property feels very secure, with a guard making regular rounds and new cameras that give residents extra peace of mind. Mr. Celestino Velazquez is a great asset to the company. He is professional, attentive, and always willing to help. I also want to recognize the assistant manager, Robert Moret, for his excellent service and dedication. Both of them contribute greatly to making the property a safe and welcoming place.
Muy mala organización con el personal lo hacen perder tiempo a uno fui como en tres veces y dicen una cosa y luego otra el día de hoy iba aplicar mi esposo y resulta que le dicen que ya No está disponible el apartamento y que hay tres personas aplicando por el mismo apartamento como pueden hacer eso y luego querer dar el apartamento que ellos se les dé la gana jamás los recomendaría . Trabajen mejor
I recently moved out of Saratoga Ridge after 2 years of living here and it was the best decision ever. It was relatively peaceful to live here at first, and issues were taken care super well, so I resigned for a larger unit. Then it got taken over by TI communities and has gone downhill ever since. Gates are left open for long periods of time, so you'll see tweakers digging through the trash and breaking into the mail boxes, leasing office, and pulling car door handles at all hours of the night. Awful. My AC has been broken for a month and the lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable. Parking rules are not enforced, a car with an obvious flat has not been towed and has been sitting out for months. The office is also unresponsive and is often hard to reach during normal hours.
Pues nada ya estamos entrando al tercer verano sin piscina ; por no hablar del gimnasio y las zonas comunes; cada día más descuidadas. Lastima era un buen lugar cuando llegamos.
