I lived at Saratoga Ridge for 4 years and have experienced both ups and downs during my time here. Saratoga is a unique older community with lots of trees and it’s just 15 minutes from downtown Austin as well as the airport. Aside from that the management/maintenance teams have a very high turnover rate, the amenities are extremely underwhelming, there tends to be a lack of ample parking for residents and visitors, and there are a lot of sketchy people that loiter around the community (mainly off Nelms Dr).
