Terrible customer service! I can't even get someone to fix my hall closet door. Posted 4 requests, starting from over 1 month ago! Now I just discovered MOLD growing in my storage closet! This place is a joke! They vacuum clean the building ever 2 months if you're lucky! If you like the scent of subway piss, then this place is for you!!
Looks can be deceiving & the pictures of the place look beautiful inside...im from long island looking to move up to saratoga springs area. i had an appt yesterday to see one of these apartments...i pulled into the complex & left...DISGUSTING!!! trash all over the place...very neglected on the outside...
It was great until new management took over. Someone stole my laptop that my mother bought me for Christmas. People have a problem stealing mail. And management are WORKING on getting cameras.
