This review is for the Saratoga Springs Hospital OB/GYN. My wife and I were with them for the entire pregnancy. Throughout the entire pregnancy, the staff at all levels have been exemplary. My wife's health needs were extremely well met. Our child's needs exceeded. The level and knowledge and confidence they exhibited was refreshing for a first time father. Three hour wait time. Best care team. Older woman who drew blood was phenomenal. Tender and caring. Used heat pack to warm up veins. Younger attendants warm and patient as well. People who conducted sonogram and other tests equally affable and calm. PA Ellery was efficient and highly communicative each step of the way. Coffee and snacks given while we waited at Mom's bedside. Update: Mom in Cardiac Unit. Nurses Ashley and Tess very caring, patient, and comforting. Every person on that floor was wonderful!
