BUYERS BEWARE! If I could give this dealership less than one star I would have. Bought a beautiful used Hyundai (cash) from them on 7/24 and as of this post I have only had it in my possession for 1 day! To start with they fraudulently sold me a vehicle with a valid inspection sticker, only to find out that it had a broken steel belt in one of the tires - should not have passed inspection! Saratoga Honda decides to pull out of the purchase deal after I placed a $500 deposit and provided all the necessary documents for a 2021 Honda CRV EX. Why? Ryan, the general manager, stated the vehicle I purchased is not coming in and Honda will not fulfill the order. Next day, I called my salesman, David, and came to learn that the vehicle will be sold to someone locally.
