I am so happy that I transferred to Dr. Osinski's practice. I've been very happy there.
I have extraordinary anxiety issues, with any dentist: nausea, elevated blood pressure, sweating, crying , etc. I have struggled with this for my whole life and a few bad experiences have only added to this. Given that statement let me say that this was the best dental experience ever for me including cleanings. The staff was so supportive and understanding of my anxiety and the dentist was so sensitive to my cause. I'm very happy and satisfied by the service I received from Dr. Ryan Osinski and staff. Everybody was nice, professional and knowledgeable.
Here is the perfect example: Over breakfast at the track with women I work with, one mentioned how much she liked her dentist and was talking up a storm. Then another mentioned HER dentist and how he was the best. So I then mention how great mine was and I would recommend him to anyone...turns out, we all go to Dr. Osinski and his great staff! He is smart, personable, and very knowledgeable.
On time, compassionate which for me and my anxiety issues is a really big deal, informative, professional with a high sense of humanity. Best dentist I have ever encountered ,
Even though the Dentist office is not where people want to spend any time, the doctor and his staff make an unpleasant visit into something pleasant and well worth the visit. There is a very calming effect the minute you walk in the door and are greeted, to the working areas behind the reception area.
Very professional and told me just enough so i wasn't so nervous.
