Saratoga Crossing - Farmington, NY This is an awesome apartment community located right of I90. Not only are the apartments beautiful, but the amenities are fantastic! From the pool to the clubhouse to the garages for every apartment, you really cannot go wrong here. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. It really feels a lot like living in a house. Large Dogs Welcome Saratoga Crossing, with the exception of the current property manager (Staci), is a wonderful property. Reason being they are disorganized and have invalid information in renters files. The property manager is BEYOND rude on several separate occasions. I don't know if its "Morgan Management" or just the one bad apple. The units are spacious, new and the maintenance team is hard working. Property Manager I would give my current apartment a C on an alphabetical scale A-F. By no means is the place an A grade property as stated. When I moved in, the Apartment was dirty and some small items were in disrepair but nothing major. The floor plan is excellent and I have no problems with sound from neighbors which is a blessing. I enjoy the included amenities with my rent and like the location near the town of Victor. Great Family Community! Really safe community with awesome amenities. Many retired couples, families with children and dog owners. We've been very welcomed by the community. I will say that the lawn care could be better. Our grass is always really tall and they are very sloppy when they do mow the grass in our area. When we walked into our new place there was a welcome basket which was really nice and a free pizza coupon- which we used that night. After a long day of moving, they read our minds! Very unfriendly place We move around a lot for work. Out of everywhere we have lived, It is terrible here. Work orders do not get processed. The staff are rude and unprofessional. The dog waste everywhere is terrible. They do not shovel the sidewalks when it snows. Units are very cold. Electric/Gas bills are high.

Not the best We come from a state where living expenses are not as high as New York, That being said this place is not too bad, but in my opinion is not worth the rent price. Let me start with the noise. The second bedroom is adjacent to neighbors (upstairs) garage and you can hear them as if they were in the same room with you. You can also hear them walking upstairs. Great Apartment complex We have been here for several months now and love it. The apartments are new and spacious. The apartment community is gated which adds extra security and a great place to walk outside. The staff is very responsive when needed ...overall a great living spot!!
