Don't do it. Poor communication, office follows policy on some things and not on other things when it benefits them.

Business response:

Thank you for reaching out. We are always looking for ways to improve our communication and service, and we would like to learn more about your experience. Please contact us at [email] so we can address your concerns.

Not worth it. From our very first day, we have had the loudest upstairs neighbors. The first day we moved in our neighbor informed us that they are loud but assured us that the noise stops at 9. p.m. The noise does not stop at 9 p.m it is very sporadic. The music is loud enough that we can name all the artists and recite all the lyrics. It is loud enough that the music is crystal clear through the walls. Not only can we hear it downstairs, but other residents who live several units over can hear the noise and often complain.... read more

Saratoga Crossing does not enforce rules Management at Saratoga Crossing does not enforce rules: dogs run on the lawn with no leash and rabbits. Residents leave unsightly personal property on the common lawn that is not part of their patio/terrace. Management allows sports, including hitting golf balls and soccer, to be played under your windows. The property has gone down hill since moved here less than two years ago. The office rarely answers telephone calls. The apartments are large.

Business response:

Thank you for your review. Please contact the office to discuss further. Thank you, Michelle, Property Manager

DONT LIVE HERE We've been having issues with the new people that moved in upstairs being overly loud to the point that our light fixtures shake and swing around, this family also thought it was a good idea to loudly move in during the middle of the night. when we call the leasing office and have to leave a message no one calls us back, when we get a person they say they will reach out and get back to us, well we never heard back and the noise hasn't stopped. last night was the worst between 1am to around 3:30am we heard yell... read more

Gone Downhill Big Time This place used to be high end and worth what you paid for. The people in the office change on almost a weekly basis and don't care about making the residents happy. Rules are no longer enforced and it now looks like I live in a trailer park.

Nice Community Nice people live here! Must love dogs as there are plenty! Units are modern and very nice. Office personnel are nice and friendly. Only Con is that Office is slow to fix and follow-up on Maintenance issues. Seems to be a communication gap between Office and Maintenance. Maintenance Supv seems eager to fix and accommodate once he gets the message. You need to stay on top of issues to get proper response. Over flow parking is sparse but they are working on expansion. I have seen trash tipped over and left "for d... read more

When we moved in it was great. You pay for what you get. Very expensive but at least you don't have to worry about trash meaning people. They ticketed a friend who went to the pool with a pregnant friend over a year ago for being parked for a couple of hours on the street however new neighbors moved in a few months ago next too us and they have 2-3 vehicles every nite that are parked with no tickets. And furniture that lasted out front for 2 weeks. Felt like we lived in a trailer park. Just ran into the neighbor today that l... read more

Business response:

Tom, I am very sorry to hear of these things and am not sure who you have spoken with, but we have a no smoking policy and parking on the street is prohibited for a multitude of reasons. It sounds as if you've already made up your mind, but I welcome the opportunity to speak with you face-to-face to address these issues and try to remedy them. This is not a laughing matter and I apologize for whomever and whatever made you feel this way. Please contact me. Thank you.
