EDIT: I changed my review from one star to four stars. The reason I did this is because it is a clean, welcoming property. It has its issues but I don't think that's really the landlord's fault. The employees / management of this place are clearly decent people. I think it's probably more the fault of the tenants and God only knows how much of a headache a tenant can be for a landlord. I don't even live here. All I know is that walk my dog through here everyday and not a single time has there not been at least one person's car being worked on. Also this place is flooded by a certain demographic who stuffs a ridiculous amount of people+cars into each and every apartment & the surplus of these vehicles gets parked ALL OVER THE DAMN PLACE in nearby neighborhoods. I’ve been living here for a couple of months, and unfortunately, several of my Amazon packages have been stolen. Additionally, there are frequent disturbances late at night, with homeless individuals knocking on doors, and running around at odd hours like 12 AM or 2 AM.
