Horrible. Called for a recall almost a month ago and left numerous msgs to Austin and group and nothing. Luckly i called Marcotte and they handle it within a week because of parts ordered. Never will i ever do buisness with these ppl. If that is the kind of service they provide forget even bringing my car or recommend to anyone for a recall or anything else.
