Very understaffed a 2 day job turns into 4 weeks
Untrustworthy Service Department at Sarat ford. I have a 2023 F150 and the first time I took my truck in for service , I asked for FULL synthetic oil to be used. The second service this past September, took truck in for service and again, ask for FULL synthetic, when I returned to pay invoice, there was approximately a $50.difference from previous service invoice. Did not have a great experience with Sarah Ford. Brought my vehicle in for a spark plug replacement and to have them take a look at my power front seat that was not working. They ended up breaking off several of the spark plugs (very common issue with my engine so I was not upset about this) and told me that a mouse had gotten under the seat and chewed up the wiring so they could not fix the seat. Took my car, running very well, here for a recall. While there I asked them to check why the horn wasn't working. I got my car 3 days later, with tons of error codes, completely running like crap. Took it back 2 days later. Was given some bullshit excuse that if I bought a new battery, all the issues would go away. I'm not a mechanic, but, it sounded like bullshit because it was.
