The mobile oil change service was amazing! Great customer service. A+++++
They picked up my 2025 ranger with less than 4,000 miles on it for a recall and it's first oil change. Promised it back to me same day before 3pm when I left work. Problem with bcm for recall didn't get it back that day. Had to order part get in 2 days then another 3 days. Then wrong part was ordered so another 3 days. In actuality didn't get my $43,000 truck back for 3 weeks to the day. RIDICULOUS. Don't know exactly who to blame Ford motor co. or Sarat ford. Someone dropped the ball big time!
