My experience with Sarat Ford Collision Center, and specifically with the body shop manager Mark has been nothing but spectacular. They were kind, knowledgeable, and experienced with my vehicle. I received excellent customer service and I am incredibly impressed with the work that was put into my vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get work done to visit this location. Top notch - thank you!
Tina and Matt were both very nice and easy to work with. At the top of their game and we were very pleased with the service and the outcome of the work performed.
Very friendly and quick service
Great customer service by the Body Shop people. Passenger door handle broke yesterday. I went directly to Sarat. The part was ordered. They called me this morning, said to come in after 1:00 and they would fix it. Job done. Great work.
