I have never had such a bad experience as I had with Back. I was not happy with job she did to my teeth so I ask her to fix it. She said she would have to charge me for any corrections. When I said that corrections should be free she raise her voice at me. this has cost me so much money! it is her fault. She also made a xenophoic remark about my accent and my Russian last name. Do not go here!

Dr. Back did a complete cosmetic reconstruction of all my teeth . Dr. Back and her team, Leslie and Yvonne were outstanding. Dr Back was meticulous with measuring , selecting color and she went out of her way to obtain total perfection and 100% patient satisfaction. I absolutely recommend her. If you want perfect teeth, this is the place for you!!!

I have dental phobia and when I found Dr Back I knew I would never go elsewhere for my (extensive) dental needs. I’ve been seeing her for years. All of the staff is warm and very skilled. All women and I feel very safe and cared for when I go there. Dr Back is expensive, but she doesn’t do unnecessary procedures, and she is a perfectionist in her work.

She’s great ! Her work is impeccable! And very pleasant personality! If ur not happy with ur dentist please go to Holle you won’t regret it! I trust her with my whole family ! We are blessed to have found her ! Sharon waugh

With all the reviews I thought that my experience with Dr Back would be a good one; but I was mistreated by one of the dental assistants who didn’t put the patient and her feelings first. The worst part was when Dr Back actually argued with me and condescendingly insulted me because I disagreed with her treatment…on my very first visit no less. I wanted to leave immediately but was forced to wait out the exam and for her to cool down. I didn’t go there to be humiliated and demeaned! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dent... read more

I went here for a simple yearly cleaning, no cavities or dental issues. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dental office or "dentist". From start to finish it was bad. I was put in a room for an unusual amount of time. The hygienist was terrible. She left out one side of my mouth and insisted she didn't. Too much time back and forth with the computer to be thorough. Afterwards she left me lying upside down as she constantly went back to her computer. Thank you to the wonderful Sarasota Smile Design for helping me to finally get the teeth I’ve dreamed of since I chipped my front tooth when I was 8!!! I cannot thank you guys enough!! They were so amazing and got this done in just a week! They were the most kind and amazing people and made me feel like a princess each time I stepped into their office. I give all my props to them.
