I would say the ties are severed. Over a week ago my mom's PT appointment had to be cancelled because the therapist was out sick. Bad enough for the week. They said they'd call back and reschedule. I've been helping her. They never called back. I wouldn't even continue here. More than once they've disappointed because basics weren't done. But they have no problem coming down hard on my mom when difference in instructions aren't her fault. I cannot access the portal. I've called and left a message because my email notified me of a message. It won't even accept my email even though it sent notification to that email. Now I received another notification. Won't accept my email again. I've been getting 2-3 hours sleep a night for well over a week now because of pain I'm in, and that doesn't matter. Not going to call there again.

Dr. Azeem is wonderful. Very compassionate and speaks to me so I understand what he's explaining..not the nirmal foreign medical terminology �. His nurse is one if the best I have ever dealt with. No unnecessary procedures. Cares about your overall health..not just your orthopedic needs. Thank you Dr. Azeem for your continued help.
