Nancy did an amazing job and was very patient with my requests for the nail design. While we had an appointment booked for 2 people, we did end up having to wait 20+min as it was very busy with walk-ins, so I recommend always booking ahead instead of walk-in and getting put on a waitlist! Price is great for value in work you get! They did get some polish on my skin (by accident) but it wasn’t cleaned off even after curing, so 4 stars this time. Will return!
Updating my review. As a regular client, the thing I appreciate the most about Mimi and her team is that they strive - even go above and beyond - to ensure their clients satisfaction. I did the shellac manicure + regular pedi combo for a long time. I now do bio gel for my nails with designs and they are always fantastic. They are always up for trying trendy designs and prices are very reasonable. They also have a loyalty card program, where you get stamps and get rewards when hitting certain amount of visits.
Amy did my nails! Super friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Fast service and nails look exactly like my reference photos!! I would highly recommend this place. They even gave me a bunch of food recommendations in the area! We had a great conversation.
I had a very nice experience at Sarang, my nail tech today was Iris and she did a fantastic job recreating the set I asked for. She was super considerate, making sure I was happy with my nails. Also, even though it was the end of the week, all the staff were super sweet, very helpful and patient. Thank you!
I visited Sarang this Sunday for my nails it was my first time there. I went in as a walk-in and was fully prepared for a wait, but they said they could take me in right away. Initially, one technician started working on my nails, but when her scheduled client arrived, I was asked to move to another artist. That was completely understandable since I was a walk-in.
