I have been her regular customer, every time i get this feeling of them being rude, but its near to my place so i go there, but today i said i will be there by 10 minutes and i was late more 10 minutes, its okay for me to reschedule again but the way she spoke is so rude, thats not the way to speak to customers.
3 days before my appointment with Lynn I called and got scheduled for 645pm. I show up at 630pm and she's mad!! Cause no one told her that she had a 645pm appt. She was going off to her other coworker in her own language ! Obviously, I wasn't gonna stay after all the talking and how upset she was I showed up! SO DISAPPOINTED! NEVER AGAIN .
I requested a blue-black hair color, but after dyeing, my hair still looked dark brown. The stylist was somewhat rude—possibly due to a language barrier. She didn’t use any heat protection or hair products to make it shine, only asked if I wanted hairspray after blow-drying. I usually leave A salon with soft, bouncy hair, but here, my hair felt stiff. Disappointed.
