Highly recommend Sarah's Air. Chris and Tim did an excellent job completely overhauling my very old system. No doubt it was a challenging job. They had to remove the old metal duct work and air handler from a small attic access space, install all new equipment and replace the condenser. 04/07/2026 Update My now 6 year old ICP AC system crapped an evap coil (again), small leak let all the (expensive) gas out, causing the compressor to run dry for a long time. Compressor and evap coil assembly replaced again. 3rd compressor, 3rd evap coil, 2nd fan motor, and 4th or 5th capacitor. Glad for the 10 year parts warranty, not glad for the $1500 in labor and gas again. Again ICPUSA is no help. Sarah's Air Techs have always been very professional and are masters of their craft.
