I am so grateful for Dr. Wellik and the Bascom Palmer staff! Dr. Wellik’s calm and compassionate manner was so reassuring, and her skill as a glaucoma specialist saved my vision. I had severe glaucoma and Dr. Wellik performed an operation to lower my eye pressure- I now am stable and my pressure is controlled! I have recommended Dr. Wellik to friends and family who suffer from glaucoma- we are so lucky to have a doctor like her in our community!
I don’t usually post reviews for doctors but I had such an incredible experience with Dr Wellik that I felt the need to post my review. I was terrified and didn’t know what was happening with my eyes. I had never had an issue before. She made me feel comfortable and secure. She took her time to explain things to me. I just want to share my terrible experience with DR WELLIK. I WAS REFERRED TO HER BY DR GUY ANGELLA ,MY REG OFTHALMOLOGIST HERE IN WEST MEMORIAL FOR A GLAUCOMA SURGERY.
