She has been my PCP since I moved to Ames in 2018. She and her team have been great and that is why I have stayed. She really listens and makes me an active participant in my care. I may not always like or agree with her diagnosis but she has always respected where I am coming from and patiently walks me through her thought process. I hate to admit it but in those instances she has been right.
Dr. Van Hauen has been my doctor for a few years. I really appreciate that she takes the time to listen to me and gives me options in my care.
Always gives personalized relaxed time, where you don't feel like you're being pushed out the door. She chats easily and asked questions to get the info needed for the best results.
Dr. VanHauen was quick and answered all questions that we had. She is very professional and directs questions to my young child as well.
