Dr. Van Hauen is an excellent care provider. I am fortunate to have her and the staff at McFarland clinic as my primary care team!
Dr. Van Hauen is a very caring and personable doctor. She looks into your concerns and takes your health and well being very seriously. She does a good balance of testing and medication without over doing it. The south office staff is also great. It's very convenient to do labs and the visit all in one place.

My sister (who is also a patient) called to inform her that our father (her patient) had passed away. Rather than return the call she has a receptionist call back to say the Dr won’t have time to return our call. My sister informs the receptionist of what happend. Over a week later and Dr Van Hauen still hasn’t had a moment to return our call to even offer condolences. Guess we now understand completely how she views her job and her patients.
