Horrible. Needed crown re-glued on a front toothā¦ * I was charged more than quoted (I have no dental Ins.) * I never got the $25 referral discount as promised * The dentist decided to grind on the crown (after gluing) leaving me with a jagged 45* angle on the back bottom of what used to be a nice smooth tooth (crown). It feels like I have a chipped tooth now. I voiced my disappointment but the dentist said she stood by her results - not very professional. I feel this office owes me a new crown.Ā
I have never had an unpleasant visit. EVERYONE there are over the top friendly, socialble, solely interested in you as a patient. I have recommended them to everyone I can.Ā
The visit was great. My hygienist Angie took excellent care of me and was do nice. I met Dr. Palmer and I believe I had good advice to come here.Ā
This office is really bad with kids. They donāt have any patience. Their fillings would constantly fall out as well which speaks volumes for their competency. On top of that, every time I have been here, I have overheard the workers are gossiping about each other and I find it entirely unprofessional.Ā

NOT A FAMILY DENTIST. BAD WITH KIDS. Sarah said my 4 yr old son had a cavity and filled it. Well the filling fell out not once but twice and he had pain that he didnāt have before. So then Sarah just referred me elsewhere when she couldnāt fix it. Didnāt go to referred place but then I was told by an honest dentist practice that front baby teeth are rarely filled as they fall out between age 4-6. And the pain he was expericing was because too much baby enamel was scraped.Ā
I always feel great when I leave her office! Her staff is so friendly and Dr Palmer is great! They know your history and work with you on a plan. I hadn't been to a dentist in 12 years and never once did they make me feel bad about that. You can have control over your dental health with their expert help! I won't go anywhere else! Love this dentist! Who can say that?!Ā

Dr. Palmer and her staff were professional, kind, and friendly at ALL times, from scheduling to billing. My smile has never been this great or big. Thanks to everyone for being so friendly and caring. This office does not fit in because it stands out in the dental world.Ā
