I think they had a fantastic setup and I truly appreciate all the hard work from employees and volunteers for the eclipse event at Duke Gardens. I also noted and appreciate the lack of commercialization and merchandise around. The emphasis was on science and community.

I attended the Solar Eclipse Celebration in the meadow, along with a diverse, multicultural group of students, employees and area residents. The volunteers were informative and gracious.
