Sarah always does an amazing job and is very prompt and professional!
My nails were not thin when I started going here. During my first service I specifically shared with Sarah that I did not want my nails to become thin! She always has a phone earpiece in her ear so maybe she didn’t hear me well. They were very thick and healthy. I asked Sarah not to file my nails after soaking the gel off but she would always argue and yell over me that she had a softer file and still file.
