I just purchased my first home and Sarah came recommended to me by my cousin. She provided honest advice during open houses and helped weigh pros and cons during the visits and while making an offer. After having my offer accepted, she smoothly liaised with the mortgage broker, lawyer, and helped look up permits. She was incredibly pleasant to work with and was always quick to respond.
