Mrs. Little has been very professional and has been very prompt, helpful, and has helped with ever thing that I have needed. She met me and helped check the condition of the house. She saw and pointed out things I missed , Which helped me make the decision ton purchase.

Sarah has done an awesome job marketing my house. I only wish I had contacted her sooner! I had my house on the market with another realtor for 13 months and then tried for sale by owner for 6 more. Sarah had a pre-approved, accepted offer in less than 3 months! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone wanting to sell their home.

My home buying experience with Sarah Little was very positive. Mrs. Little took the time to understand my needs so as not to waste my time with houses I wasn't interested in. Each week I received an e-mail with a selection of homes available in my location within my price range. Sarah was quick to respond to my request of looking at homes. Anytime I wanted to look at one she made sure she was available when I was ready. She also helped tremendously by sending emails of homes that meet the criteria of what I wanted in a house. Any time I had a question she had a good answer for and if she was uncertain she made sure I was referred to the right person.

Sarah is very informative and easy to work with she's a down to earth kind of person and easy to talk to you will never have to feel scared to contact and ask her 100 questions as many times as you need I would recommend her highly to anyone who is in the market for a new home or to sell a home
