Sarah has been such a pleasure to work with! My husband & I are first time home buyers, & she helped tremendously with every little question/concern we had. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process, & helped us communicate with the buyer on every little thing we needed. She was always a call, text, or email away. We will definitely be recommending her to everyone we know!! She made the house buying process a lot easier!

My wife and I were first time home-buyers and Sarah has made the process extremely easy and enjoyable. She had excellent recommendations for who to use for each part of the process and we couldn't have asked for things to go smoother. From initially meeting with her to search for house until closing was less than 4 weeks.

Sarah is fantastic to work with! She met with us on a Saturday at her office before we were even approved for a loan to explain to us exactly how the process works step by step. My biggest thing is accessibility. I never had to wait on a response with phone calls, texts or emails. She always got back to me right away and answered the phone. First i want to say she is down to Earth! I would recommend that everyone use Sarah Little. The first day we meet with her she gave us a packet of papers that she went over with us fully. It was our road map to buying a house, we followed it to a T and i filed every paper behind each step with in her road map. She is AWESOME!!! Sarah has mortgage people to use with in her road map and home inspectors and house insurance people as well. All in all everything was a breeze.
