I have been working with Sarah for a year and we were finally able to be approved for a home. She went above and beyond the call of duty for us. She negotiated with the seller to meet our personal needs and I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. I highly recommend her.

Very professional but down to earth, knowledgeable and quick to respond, available any time there was a question or concern, helped look for any possible issues with the house(s) we looked at that we may have missed. Wasn't pushy just to make a quick sale and seemed genuinely interested in our wants and needs in a home.
The greatest part of the experience and what I believe sets Sarah apart from other realtors is the access she allowed me and my wife. I saw an ad that was placed on facebook and that was the way we contacted her from that point forward. If we had any questions I would send a message and she would get back to me within minutes. It made the whole process so much easier. She was always on task and making sure that every part of the process was moving as quickly as possible.
She has been very helpful in my short sale of my home. Although it is very frustrating due to the area the house is located. It seems there are things that don't seem to work out but she tries to be very support full in helping me work through it.
Sarah Little was recommended to me by my son after she sold his home for him. His home had been on the market for a long time before he changed the listing to her. She is very actively marketing my home, including have a Realtors' luncheon there. I am very pleased with her knowledge and enthusiasm.
