I am a very satisfied customer of Lee Read. I went into the jeweler to have my ring cleaned and was hoping for a an appraisal for insurance purposes. Kevin who works in the repair shop cleaned my ring. He then went back to see if the appraiser was in. He was not. He then thought maybe if I had record of our purchase, that our insurance would accept that until my return from a trip to schedule an appointment for an appraisal. I took my wedding ring in because one of the prongs was sharp & also took my Grandmother’s diamond stud earrings in for a setting upgrade. Valorie helped me that day & did a wonderful job. My ring looks better than brand new & the setting she suggested for the diamonds was just what they needed! The workmanship is excellent & customer service was the very best!
