If I could give zero stars I would the receptionist, (Karen Johnson) today 7/29/2025 was very unprofessional. Was extremely rude. When I asked to get transferred to a different person as i was requesting some health information I was told "Good luck with that" the phone call was recorded and I will be submitting a complaint to the state...
I saw Sarah once and she was very nice. I was happy to finally have a GP in case I get ill. Well I’m sick now and just called the office and was basically told to take a hike. I was told I could see her in two weeks (mind you I have PINK EYE) or I could go to a walk in clinic (cool so what’s the point of having a doctor?) I also called a few weeks ago for advice about a lost prescription and no one ever even called me back.
