From the office staff to the medical assistant to the doctor, it was a positive experience. Dr Friedman is competent and knowledgeable… she took the time to thoroughly explain t everything. She listened to me… came up with a sensible treatment plan and follow up.
I highly recommend Dr. Friedman. She's an excellent doctor. I was nervous for my appointment and she quickly made me feel at ease. Dr. Friedman was friendly and explained every step and movement she made. The office staff and her assistant were also friendly and professional. I was seen for my appointment at the scheduled time. Doctor's notes were given as I left and quickly uploaded online.
WHAT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, THE FRONT DESK STAFF TO THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS WERE AMAZING AND FRIENDLY, SO PROFESSIONAL, AND THE DR WAS SO THOROUGH AND FRIENDLY, SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT BEING RUSHED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO CHRISTINE FOR GETTING ME IN , SHE IS A SWEETHEART
My experience with Dr Friedman has been excellent, I’ve been suffering with pelvic pain and vulvadynia for over 12 years. Have seen so many doctors from Philadelphia to Long Island and of course NYC. I’ve been given many medication over the years but none have help me long term. I went to see Dr Friedman and within two weeks I was feeling better and by six weeks I had no pain at all. She took so much time listening to me and explaining exactly what she was doing. Very Happy pain free!
My mother has been dealing with a dropped bladder for years. At the age of 88 not many doctors would consider her for the surgery she needed. Dr. Friedman not only performed the much needed surgery but has given my mother a much better quality of life. I am grateful every day that Dr. Friedman is a very kind and understanding person. Thanks Dr. Friedman for giving my mom her life back!
I struggled with pain and could not fully empty my bladder as the result of a prior transvaginal sling I had over 10 yrs. ago. Dr. Friedman cut the sling and now I am able to empty my bladder and do not have pain any more when I sit forward. She takes time to explain procedures and is very patient answering your questions. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Wonderful, professional and thorough Dr and staff! Spent 1 1/2 hrs being examined and everything was throughly explained, took her time,answered all my questions. My 1st appt I had to cancel because my husband passed away 2 days before and the Dr and staff sent me a Sympathy card when they didn't even know me. The staff is so kind and helpful, getting all my records sent over to them. I would def recommend her!
