The office staff is extremely kind and informative. Dr. Whitehead is caring and compassionate, taking her time with each patient. I highly recommend her!
Dr Whitehead is wondering, but getting someone to answer the phone is difficult.
Such an amazing staff and doctor’s office! I called in with an issue and they got me in right away. Dr. Whitehead even made the time to see me before going into surgery and check in with me. I cannot say enough good things about this office. They LISTEN to their patients and are respectful and so incredibly kind.
I'm considering transferring to Dr. Whitehead she was my previous doctor, but I cant get anyone to answer the phone at the new office. if this going to be my experience I need to rethink my decision.
My 1 star isn’t for Dr Whitehead because she’s amazing. It’s for the overall experience outside of her. There isn’t anywhere to park. You get to the office on time only to ride around for 30-40-50 minutes looking for somewhere to park and be told that your appointment is canceled as a no call no show but you are there. Then they have the audacity to ask if you want to reschedule. On top of that more than one of your patients have complained about this and took off work for this and there’s nothing done about it.
