Waited over an hour past my appointment time with zero communication. They lost my referral then they found it in a giant stack of paper. All paper charting and faxing. Highly inefficient. Doctor came in for 2 minutes. Clearly they do not care about wasting their patients time.
I scheduled a visit for a yearly skin cancer check and to establish care. Dr. Glorioso was very thorough.
