From the front desk, paperwork (professionally printed) the exam time with doctor and esthetician was unhurried. My questions and treatment options were carefully explained. Very friendly and at the same time professional. She took the time to discuss my concerns and offered possible solutions. My visit did not feel rushed or unimportant . She was very open and honest about my prognosis and the possibility of correcting my issue.
