For outpatient surgery... Apparently you need to give your cell phone number to every single hospital employee. Information didn't have mine for the dr even though I gave it to admissions & the nurse.
Valet parking is slow and understand staffed

3 West (med-surg) has the most awesome nurses ever! The quality of the nursing staff can easily make or break a hospitalization. They have made me feel at ease throughout my time here.
The parking lot is full. So unless you don't mind walking...use the valet! It's nice out so I'm going to walk. Lol!
Check wait times. Mine said 12 mins & I waited less 2 see a doc. But I've sat in room doing nothing since. Saw doc w/ ol school med bag tho
