I don't have a problem with Dr Ashby, but I have a big problem with scheduling. She has a limited schedule which makes it hard to get an appointment. So I schedule well checks far in advance so I can get an appointment during the summer. On two different occasions, the office called several weeks after I scheduled an appointment and said we needed to reschedule because the doctor would be out of town. Dr Ashby is bright, kind, communicative and takes the time to attend to my babe. She is everything I could have hoped for in a ped. I have had good experiences with the office staff as well. Very little wait time. Very highly recommend.
Dr. Ashby is our absolute favorite! She is thorough, respectful, knowledgeable, and so kind! She always involves the kids to the extent possible in the discussion, both at well and sick child visits. And we’ve seen her out and about on a few occasions and she’s always recognized us and said hi. We definitely recommend Utah Valley Pediatrics for their amazing staff and their resources, like a site with commonly asked questions as well as after hours care that has helped our family on so any occasions!
Sarah has been great! She’s been with my twins ever since their NICU discharge almost 3 years ago. The wait time has never been an issue and always get us back within 10 minutes and when my girls were on oxygen made sure we were taken back immediately so they weren’t exposed to anything. Would recommend her to anyone!
