We shopped everywhere for a pool ! Saracenis was the cheapest anywhere , we r first time pool owners and the owner and staff are the best , very patient and helpful. I had a question at least once a week and they were always there for us ! Love them and can't wait until next season !!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, Great problem solvers, chemical water testing, they have a lot of parts, especially hard to find parts. Competitive pricing.

I was very dissatisfied with my pool closing service at Saracenis this year, not only with the service but with the way I was treated when I complained. The pool is supposed to be vacuumed as part of the closing and this was not done, all of the leaves would have sat on my brand new liner all winter. They did come out and vacuum when I brought it to their attention. I wonder how many times they do this when the customer is not home. I have been dealing with Saraceni Pools for years and I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Kurt, one of the employees, goes above and beyond what is required of him. All of the employees know their stuff for sure! They have been very helpful to my husband and I for years.

I also have had nothing but great service. We moved into a house last summer that had an inground pool. We called at least once a week all summer with questions. They were always very knowledgable. There prices are a little higher than chain stores but I would rather talk to someone who knows and get the right product.

This place is not bad. Sometimes the customer is wrong. It's pretty hard to install a liner that is the wrong size. Have done business with them for 10+ yrs. Going there today too.

Not happy with this company at all. They are super friendly BEFORE you buy something and AFTER they are mean! My liner was the wrong size...they refused to come out and measure and then it cost me more $$. They will not give refunds without gouging you..get everything in writing with these fools.
