I saw Dr. Singh for Ketamine consult. Staff explained that this is a self pay visit and I have to pay upfront. They informed me that this is a non-refundable fee even if I am not started on Ketamine treatment. I was skeptical first but wanted to get evaluation. Dr. Singh was very thorough in asking me all the questions about my history and the medicines I have tried in the past. She did not think I will be a candidate for the Ketamine due to my coexisting health issues. I was disappointed and kind of upset however at the sam... read more

Psychiatrist who is knowledgeable, professional, highly competent and understanding, I was lucky enough to be introduced to Dr Singh. She will truly work with you to find the best possible treatment options. She comes to the table with a patient centered approach. She is an active listener who is interested in the best quality of life for her patients.

I should've listened to the reviews. Don't go here for ketamine treatment. This is a SCAM. They may have the paperwork and are legally following the book, but they do not care about you, only your wallet. I paid $350 for an initial ketamine consultation, after answering deep personal questions about my past and medical history, the just doctor told me I would not qualify unless I've been on 2 SSRIs before. I've been on many medications, tried countless therapists, and have had bad experiences with traditional anti-depressant... read more

She is a great psych doctor for me and her office has done a terrific job. Same with Patrick Cheng as my therapist.

Dr. Singh charged me $400 for an intial consultation towards a Ketamine treatment.... only to tell me that they are not open for Ketamine treatments because of covid. She then proceeded to refuse to give me even a partial refund. I am not exaggerating. She charged me $400 for a consultation towards a treatment that they are not even offering! She is a THIEF and is not to be trusted.

Worst psychiatrist we’ve ever had, after only four sessions with my child she said she could no longer see her because there was no improvement showing and she did not want to feel as she was failing; Newsflash: If you didn’t help then you are failing! Let’s not add the fact that, that is the worst thing to say to a patient. To add insult to injury, she will not further refill prescriptions even though there is a wait window of 30-60 day for new psychiatrist. That clearly sends across the message “I don’t care about you as a... read more

Sadly, you can’t get past a bunch of incompetent front desk staff. They screw up your appointment and then they blame you when you missed the appointment. So, you either pay $50.00 for the missed appointment or you don’t see your doctor. Does it matter your out of meds? Nope! They want money. So! If you are to see a doctor who only cares about your money! To prove the point they stop accepting Medicare patients. Why? Medicare has received so many complaints.

I do not know how long the other reviewers have seeing with Dr. Singh but my husband and I and my daughter have been going to Dr. Singh for about a year. She has saved my daughters life & enabled her to go away to college. depression runs in my family and it is a very difficult thing… It takes time and patience to find the right medicine to help out your child. If you put in the time, get counseling and get the right medicine concoction you can start to live again. Dr. Singh is conservative

Based on my experience with her, she is very impersonal, cold, and unhelpful. On one occasion, when I questioned a recommendation that I found to be counterintuitive (and later confirmed to be really bad advice that could cause harm) she got very defensive and nasty. I have interacted with many psychiatrists over the years and have had good experiences with all of them. Dr. Singh is an exception. In my opinion, she is unfit to practise and should not be interacting with vulnerable people.
