I have been seeing Dr. Domm for several years. I have always found him willing to take time to listen to my concerns and also freely express his thoughts or concerns be they positive or negative. This is what I expect in my physician, honesty, and this is what I have always received from Dr. Domm. His staff has always been pleasant and respectful. They may have a few bad days but then so have we all.
I have been a patient for 8 years. Dr. Karl listens to what I have to say and answers any questions I have and is very patient. He explains the lab tests results in laymen terms. He also doesn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist if needed.
Always great to see Dr. Redwine. All of my visits have been professional and not rushed.
Improved wait times due to more qualified staff. Had been treated by another MD who was on holiday . Dr Averill was seen & gave me a broader antibiotic shot & very effective over the long holiday weekend ! Would recommend

I called and the receptionist hung up the phone. At first she put me on Hold three times, the the hung up. I called back and no answer until the fourth time called. A different receptionist answered the phone and very rudely told me they were not taking in new patients. I understand that. But they offered me another phone number to call. I noticed immediately that this Dr. had 0 interactive skills. He also presented as dismissive and did not engage when l was describing my symptoms. I tried to make the best of the situation. I tried to put him at ease by joking around a bit. He never even smiled. A few weeks later my family dr. informed me of having received dr. Domm's report. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend him with the highest praise if someone needed his type of expertise . The office is well organized and staff is helpful and friendly.
Dr Rives is very thorough, listens to your concerns and takes action. The office staff and nursing staff is very friendly as well as professional! The usual wait is 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. Love this office!
