Dr. Montoya is an outstanding medical professional who demonstrates true caring and empathy for her patients each and every visit. Dr. Montoya embodies the very best of her profession. She and her entire office treat my family like their family. They have cared for my son since he was 3 days old (now 4) and he is always excited to visit Dr. Sara and nurse Lena. I recommend Dr. Montoya to anyone looking for the highest quality medical care in the Summerville area.
My Family has been using her for over 10 years. The office makes you feel welcomed and that you are a part of their family. Both Dr. Montoya and her nursing staff have such a great bed aide manor. I would recommend her office and do to all of my family and friends.
At first she was good to go seeing my husband and 2 of my children but then as I would call to make appointments for any of them she was NEVER available. She is either always closing early or out of town for some reason, always an excuse. The answer we get from someone there is go to our extended care. Why have a primary care provider if she in never available, that doesn't form a doctor patient relationship My family will be moving over to Roper where they have time for patients

Dr. Montoya listens carefully to all questions and descriptions. She offers explanations and possible causes of problems. Together we select an appropriate testing or treatment. She does not rush through appointments and is not condescending or accusatory in her communications. Her staff is cheerful and pleasant. They are conveniently located in the center of town. I arrived on time and waited only 3 minutes before my appointment began.
