Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

No, it is their way or the highway Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

I love this dentist's office, and the whole staff is very friendly and remembers me and my son between visits. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I always feel I get the best treatment possible and I have recommended Sarah Austin to many friends. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. I always feel they give me enough information to be in control of my own dental choices, and they always have my best interests in mind.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? No

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
