Felt dismissed and ridiculous for even making an appointment. Without going into too much detail about the issue. She looked at the area, determined I had a hemorrhoid even after I told her exactly where the lump was. Where she looked was not even the correct place I was speaking of. Had to insist she look in the place I told her in the first place. Had to direct doctor to the correct place to assess the lump I was concerned about.
Dr. Murthy is so kind and warm. She listens and genuinely cares about her patients.
